When you request a property tour, our agent receives a text with your contact info so they can follow up.

Event Notifications

When you join a club and opt in, you receive a text when that club creates a new event.

How We Collect Consent

1. Real Estate Tour Requests

When you visit our Real Estate page and click “Request a Tour,” a form asks for your name, email address, and phone number. By submitting this form, you consent to having your contact information sent via SMS to our licensed real estate agent, Nicholas Wakley (DRE# 02200707), so he can contact you to schedule a showing.

  • What is sent: A single SMS to our agent containing your name, email, phone number, and the property address (if applicable).
  • Who receives the message: Only our real estate agent — not you. You will not receive any SMS from this action.
  • Frequency: One message per tour request.

2. Community Club Event Notifications

When you join a community club on Ridgecrest Guide and provide your phone number with SMS notifications enabled, you consent to receiving text messages when that club posts a new event.

  • What is sent: A brief SMS with the event name, date/time, and a link to view details on Ridgecrest Guide.
  • Who receives the message: You — the club member who opted in.
  • Frequency: Only when a club you've joined creates a new event. No marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies by club activity. Typically 0–4 messages per month per club.
  • Message & data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opting Out

You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message you receive from Ridgecrest Guide. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
  • Leave a club from your Dashboard → Joined Clubs page. This immediately stops all event notifications for that club.
  • Contact us at hello@zawolfe.com and we will remove your number from all notification lists.
