- Club sign-ups & event RSVPs: Name, email, phone number, and any additional fields required by the club or event organizer.
- Tour requests: Name, email, and phone number when you request a real estate tour through our Site.
- Business & club submissions: Information submitted when listing a business or creating a club through our dashboard.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referral sources, browser type, device type, and IP address.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how the Site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and its features.
- Process club sign-ups, event RSVPs, and real estate tour requests.

- Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

- Real estate tour requests: When you submit a tour request, your name, email, and phone number are shared with our licensed real estate agent (Nicholas Wakley, DRE# 02200707) via SMS so he can contact you.
- Club organizers: When you sign up for a club or RSVP to an event, the club organizer may see your name, email, and phone number to facilitate the activity.
- Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the Site, including Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Twilio (SMS delivery). These providers only process your data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
4. SMS & Text Messaging

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Club sign-up submissions are retained for the club organizer's use. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

- Delete your personal information and account.
- Opt out of SMS notifications at any time (reply STOP or leave a club from your dashboard).

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you additional rights:
