Role and Responsibilities: As a Warehouse and Stock Associate, you will support smooth operational flow by assisting with inventory movement, restocking merchandise, and collaborating with multiple departments. This role requires adaptability, physical effort, and a consistent focus on meeting member expectations in a fast-paced environment. • Unload incoming shipments and move merchandise to assigned backroom locations • Replenish, arrange, and maintain products on the sales floor and in storage areas • Collaborate with other associates to support daily club operations and priorities • Pick, prepare, and complete club pick-up orders accurately and within required timelines • Maintain professional and respectful communication with vendors, delivery partners, and members • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with established safety standards • Adjust to shifting tasks and changing operational needs throughout the workday Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing member satisfaction • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and fulfill assigned responsibilities • Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing more than 25 pounds • Flexibility to work varying schedules and assist in different areas of the club • Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support coworkers across departments Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or warehouse-related roles • Exposure to inventory handling or m
