Job details: Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Sierra Sands Unified School District $$SN$$ Location: Ridgecrest, California Shift: Days – 4x8s (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM) Duration: 40 weeks | Start Date: 08/03/2026 Job Duties • Provide behavioral support services to students within the school setting. • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision. • Support students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom activities. • Collaborate with teachers, behavioral specialists, and school staff. • Track student progress and maintain accurate behavioral documentation. • Assist in creating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
