SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will provide technical Test and Evaluation leadership and guidance in a core functional areas of the branch. You will plan and evaluate employee performance plans and individual development plans; evaluates employee work performance and makes recommendations for status changes and promotions. You will support the design of test programs to assess the performance of systems and weapon system concepts. You will develop test methods for evaluate performance and design test scenario(s) to yield valid and measurable quantitative test results. You will analyze test data (real-time and post-mission) to understand test results, draw conclusions and assess mission results.
