SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will provide assigned personnel with timely monitoring and performance feedback, completing semi-annual and annual performance reviews, and recommending annual performance ratings and payouts to the Division Head. You will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned personnel are administratively supported to complete all assigned tasks in support of their respective programs and areas of responsibilities. You will be responsible for dealing with performance and/or conduct issues as required. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all facets of weapons maintenance planning and execution requirements, including asset identification, shipping, acquisition, and funding. You will ensure all designated personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform all aspects of weapons maintenance safely and effectively, as applicable, in accordance with (IAW) governing directives.
