SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST

You will carry out supervisory functions, i.e. plan work assignments based on priorities; identify employee training needs; give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees; recommend disciplinary action in serious cases. You will direct engineering efforts to improve or design ventilation systems, tools, equipment and processes. You will identify confined spaces and other workplaces to be monitored, establishing frequency of monitoring, methods of testing and calibration, and equipment to be used. You will establish requirements for developing, maintaining and issuing general and unique GFR and IH Division engineering instructions and control or eliminate potential hazards.
