Job Summary of Store Stock Associate:
We are looking to add a Store Stock Associate to our retail team, where your primary responsibilities will include assisting with store functions and managing customer transactions accurately and promptly. Your role is pivotal in delivering a positive shopping experience for customers and keeping the store running smoothly.
Responsibilities of Store Stock Associate:
• Store Stock Associate major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products and services offered by the store.
• Stay updated with new arrivals, seasonal items, and ongoing sales to provide accurate guidance.
• Ensure products are arranged neatly, clearly labeled, and easily accessible to customers.
• Store Stock Associateduties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.
• Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or complaints professionally.
