Stock and Inventory Handler

Role and Responsibilities: This active position is critical to ensuring smooth warehouse operations. As a Stock and Inventory Handler, your duties will include: • Loading and unloading palletized goods and cases from delivery trailers • Using warehouse systems to accurately select, scan, and prepare products for shipment • Operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, in a safe manner (training and certification provided) • Arranging and stacking products on trailer floors manually or with loading equipment • Carrying out routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and organized workplace Required Skills and Experience: • Must be at least 18 years old • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation • Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts • Physical ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and stretching • Comfortable with manual labor including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling • Willingness to work at elevated heights using ladders or mechanical lifts • Ability to adapt to environments with temperature changes, humidity, noise, and slippery surfaces Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage • Tuition reimbursement and educational assistance • Exclusive employee discounts and additional benefit options About FritoLay: FritoLay is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and promotes an inclusive workplace.
