An exciting opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve in an elementary school setting in Ridgecrest, CA. This contract position offers a full-time schedule from August 6, 2026, through May 27, 2027, working 37.5 hours per week onsite. Key Responsibilities: • Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students based on individual education plans (IEPs). • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student communication goals. • Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing comprehensive treatment plans. Qualifications and Experience: • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence). • Experience working in school-based settings preferred. • Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones. • Ability to manage an elementary caseload effectively. • Commitment to providing onsite services to replace virtual therapy models.
