In this role, you'll answer phones, schedule appointments, assist patients with instructions, manage billing, maintain departmental supplies, and support overall operations in the Sleep Lab. Key Responsibilities • Answer phones and assist with scheduling and patient inquiries • Schedule and confirm patient appointments • Provide patients with procedure-specific instructions • Process billing for services rendered • File, copy, and manage documents • Restock supplies and help maintain department cleanliness • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by the department manager Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer skills • Ability to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers • Skilled in tact, courtesy, and diplomacy when working with patients and staff • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use mature judgment • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks • Maintain AccuReg accuracy at 80% during probation and 90% after • Maintain ABN and MSP documentation with 90%+ accuracy; no more than 3 missed/month Benefits You'll Enjoy • Medical, Dental, Vision
