In this role at Bella Sera, you’ll provide personal care and support to enhance the comfort and dignity of each individual. From assisting with daily activities to maintaining a clean and safe environment, your role is essential to ensuring our residents feel respected, cared for, and supported. Key Responsibilities • Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance • Record vital signs and report changes in patient condition • Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents’ families • Promote a warm, respectful, and safe care environment Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications • High school graduate or equivalent preferred • Completion of Nurse Assistant training program and current certification • Certification must be maintained throughout employment • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred • Continuing education required for certification renewal • BLS certification required and maintained thereafter • Must pass Telemetry Competency Test within 6 months and renew yearly • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English • Must demonstrate Service Excellence with patients, families, and coworkers Benefits Y
