About you and this role Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist located in our Pacific Northwest region. This role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers and managing distribution within the market. In addition, you will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers. Key responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, providing technical solutions to customer challenges, and engaging through multiple communication channels—whether face-to-face, by phone, or via email. The scope of this position can be regional and segment-specific depending on business alignment, and occasionally global. Responsibilities • Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region. • Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market. • Search new product development opportunities within the market. • Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization. • Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value.
