SECURITY ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION)

You will issue visitor and vehicle entrance passes to authorized persons as directed by rules, regulations, and guidelines. You will greet persons entering building, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. You will compose security documentation for supervisor's signature which may include correspondence, reports, charts, messages, technical papers, or briefing presentations. You will respond verbally to inquiries for verification of security clearances recorded in security databases. You will access a personal identification system to issue vehicle passes and identification badges.
