SECRETARY (OA)

You will serve as personal assistant to the Commanding Officer performing administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. You will receive all visitors and telephone calls to the Commander and Executive Officer. You will maintain control records of correspondence or action documents, remind personnel involved of approaching deadlines and follows up as needed to comply with requirements. You will make all arrangements for meetings and conferences, which includes determination of space, time, and personnel to attend.
