SECRETARY (OA)

You will perform administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties. You will ensure proper protocol is maintained and advise the Commander and Executive Officer on protocol procedures. You will coordinate planning of Change of Command ceremonies. You will maintain calendars schedule appointments and make travel arrangement for the Commander and Executive Officer. You will arrange for photographic and Public Affairs Office (PAO) support for various events.
