Route Sales Representative $16-$35/hr

This role supports FritoLay’s mission to provide exceptional service, grow sales, and build strong relationships with store partners. Role and Responsibilities: As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to deliver, sell, and merchandise products while independently managing your route. You will collaborate with store managers to increase sales and maintain accurate records throughout the day. • Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training. • Run routes, experience different stores, and engage with new customers. • Grow sales on your route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. • Attain a set route schedule with designated days off. • Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physically active environment. • Maintain records, monitor inventory, and ensure timely product delivery. Required Skills and Experience: • Must be 21 years of age or older. • Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain additional licensures as required by state law. • Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. • Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment and be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in sales, delivery, or customer service roles. • Familiarity with merchandising techniques and inventory management.
