We’re looking for caring and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment and are experienced in ambulatory care settings. In this role, you’ll provide both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assist providers during examinations and procedures, and help ensure smooth daily clinic operations. You’ll support patient flow, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a positive, team-based environment focused on compassionate, patient-centered service. Key Responsibilities • Perform direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision • Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints • Administer medications, injections, and monitor patient responses • Perform EKGs, wound care, and other clinical procedures within scope • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during exams and minor procedures • Coordinate patient care, referrals, follow-up appointments, and discharge instructions • Manage phone triage and patient communications • Document thoroughly and accurately in EMR/EHR systems • Maintain infection control and safety standards • Execute and support individualized care plans with professionalism
