Job Summary of Retail Support Clerk: We are seeking a Retail Support Clerk to be a valuable asset to our retail team, where you will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service and managing sales transactions effectively. Your duties will involve upholding store organization, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities of Retail Support Clerk: • Retail Support Clerk major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products and services offered by the store. • Stay updated with new arrivals, seasonal items, and ongoing sales to provide accurate guidance. • Ensure products are arranged neatly, clearly labeled, and easily accessible to customers. • Retail Support Clerkduties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors. • Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers. • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or complaints professionally.
