Retail Stock Associate

Role and Responsibilities: As a Retail Stock Associate, you will ensure that store shelves, refrigerated coolers, and displays remain fully stocked, neatly organized, and visually appealing. You will help maintain product quality, assist with inventory control, and contribute to an efficient, safe, and customer-focused store environment. • Stock and face shelves, coolers, and displays according to department standards and product tags. • Follow company guidelines for price marking, restocking, and product rotation to maintain freshness and quality. • Safely open cartons, handle damaged or outdated items per company policy, and minimize product waste. • Assist in inventory control, including reporting invoice discrepancies and product shortages. • Support the training and development of fellow stocking team members. • Unload trucks, break down deliveries, and stock products quickly and accurately. • Assist in building and arranging store displays to drive sales and improve product visibility. • Provide operational feedback to store management and support process improvements. • Rotate perishable products and maintain clean, sanitary sales and storage areas. • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping floors and addressing spills. • Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly to management. • Engage with customers while remaining visible and available on the sales floor. • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedur
