Role and Responsibilities: As a Retail Inventory Associate, you will help maintain efficient club operations by handling inventory flow, replenishing merchandise, and supporting various departments. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and a strong focus on meeting member needs in a fast-moving work environment. • Unload delivered merchandise and transport inventory to assigned backroom areas • Stock, replenish, and organize products on the sales floor and within storage areas • Assist fellow associates across the club to achieve daily operational goals • Select, assemble, and complete club pick-up orders accurately and on schedule • Interact professionally with vendors, delivery personnel, and members during daily activities • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workspaces in accordance with safety standards • Adapt efficiently to changing priorities and shifting work assignments Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing member satisfaction • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and complete assigned responsibilities • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing more than 25 pounds • Flexibility to work varied schedules and support multiple areas of the club • Team-focused approach with a willingness to assist coworkers across departments Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in retail, merchandising, or warehouse-related positions • Knowledge of inventory management or merchandise replenishment processes • Basic awareness o
