Role and Responsibilities: The Retail Cashier is responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming checkout experience for all members. You will manage transactions, support self-checkout operations, and maintain an organized front-end area while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. • Greet members in a friendly and professional manner and express appreciation for their visit. • Scan merchandise accurately and complete payment transactions efficiently. • Assist members with self-checkout stations and resolve basic issues promptly. • Maintain clean, organized, and member-ready checkout and front-end areas. • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a high-volume retail setting. • Collaborate with front-end team members to support daily operations and shared goals.
