The job is to reach prospective clients, understand their circumstances and help them pick benefit programs that protect their families. First-year earnings are estimated in the range of $67,000 to $70,000, based on individual sales performance. Day to day • Working through company-provided leads to book virtual benefit consultations • Meeting prospective clients on Zoom • Laying out the benefit programs clearly so enrollment decisions are informed ones • Looking after union memberships, veterans, working households and people from our partner organizations • Agreeing clear activity and performance goals with your regional manager The package • Entirely remote, worked from your home • No traditional cold calling • Commission only, with strong bonus compensation • Renewal commissions, which can build into long-term income • Medical, dental and prescription benefits • Stock-option opportunities • Comprehensive training and support through licensing Who we want to hear from Insurance experience is not needed.
