Registered Nurse - Health Connect Clinical Contact Center

Duties include but are not limited to: Providing timely, appropriate advice and guidance to patients and/or their representatives who seek assistance with health care issues. Communicating through a structured process in which information is exchanged clearly and accurately among team members. Considering recommended dispositions and interventions from approved clinical decision support tools to assess and address the clinical needs of patients. Recommendations may be emergent and include those that preserve life, prevent disability, or promote health and well-being. Reporting unusual occurrences and adverse events as appropriate. Work Schedule: First week of the pay period: Friday and Saturday, 3:00PM to 11:30PM; Second week of the pay period: Sunday and Monday, 3:00PM to 11:30PM. Compressed/Flexible: Not available.
