Responsibilities An Average Day: As the Project Manager II you will work closely with our Program Manager to prepare comprehensive plans, coordinate resources, and other administrative and programmatic duties. You will also organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, oversight, and implementation of specific projects and initiatives within the bounds of a program. You may be responsible for directing individuals or teams of resources in the execution of project tasks towards the successful completion of deliverables, objectives, and goals. You will be responsible for adherence to project schedules and budgets. You will also interact with Senior Managers, Customers, and internal teams in the pursuit of successful project execution. Additionally, in this positions you will: • Provide high-level administrative support to the Program Manager. • Serve as a liaison between team members, the Program Manager, and Customer project managers. • Support the recruiting and hiring processes (review candidate resumes, coordinate interviews, etc.). • Assist with processing and tracking candidates through the government background check processes. • Responsible for the creation and tracking of project deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements. • Responsible for the development of requirements for their project(s), and adherence to those requirements throughout project execution and delivery. • Responsible for the creation of, and adherence to, project budget and schedules. • Responsible for identification, documentation, management, and escalation of all project risks, issues, and opportunities. • Assist with the creation and tracking of program de
