Duties include but not limited to: Perform the full gamut of diagnostic/interpretative duties as a diagnostic radiologist, excepting neuroradiology, mammography, and nuclear medicine. Perform all physical tasks typically performed by a diagnostic radiologist that are associated with professional function and patient care. Be free of any mental or physical impairment that impedes service and professional function. Be capable of using remote workstations, Carestream software package and Powerscribe voice dictations systems, and be willing/able to train on other systems and hardware as required by the department. Expectation is to produce at least 45 RVU on a daily basis. Expectation is to provide professional consultation and tumor board support to clinical staff. Work constructively on IT to maintain workstation capabilities and perform appropriate tasks for the same with clearance and instruction. Remain current on mandatory VA training systems/modules as well as professional requirements, board certification(s), and licensure. Work seamlessly, professionally, and respectfully with patients, all members of Imaging Services, and all institutional stakeholders, and customers. Perform professional administrative tasks common expected of a diagnostic radiologist, including but not limited to: consultation, protocols, and input on imaging systems.
