In this role, you’ll assist with activities of daily living and personal care, meal preparation and feeding, medication reminders, activities, light housekeeping, and transportation needs. You’ll also help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting each client’s day-to-day needs. We provide our clients with around-the-clock care. All staff members are required to work one weekend per month. Key Responsibilities • Provide attendant care and assistance with activities of daily living and personal care, including grooming and toileting • Assist with meal preparation and feeding • Provide medication reminders • Engage clients in activities • Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe, clean environment • Assist with clients’ transportation needs Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications • High school graduate or equivalent preferred • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and maintained • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred • Ability to write legibly, spell correctly, and perform basic mathematics • Six months of caregiver experience in home care preferred • Valid California driver’s license and proof of a good driving record • Automobile insurance coverage and access to a dependable vehicle for traveling to and from pa
