In this role, you’ll perform receptionist and clerical duties, schedule diagnostic exams, guide patients through preparation instructions, and assist with authorizations to help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine office and front desk duties within the Radiology Department • Schedule imaging examinations and provide patient preparation instructions • Complete authorizations and maintain required documentation • Support clerical workflows, including ABN and MSP form management Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language • Ability to operate office equipment • Fluent understanding of medical terminology preferred • One year of healthcare exposure preferred • Ability to maintain ABN forms and incomplete MSP forms • Ability to work under minimal supervision with maturity and good judgment • Must be able to practice AIDET with patients, families, and co-workers • Knowledge of EMTALA and HIPAA regulations Benefits You'll Enjoy • Medical, Dental
