OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT

You will operate standard office equipment (e.g., telephone, scanner, fax, photocopier, electric typewriter) to complete routine clerical assignments. You will respond to inquiries and requests for assistance on administrative issues. You will maintain documents in electronic files for easy retrieval. You will create, prepare, and proofread official correspondence applying the Navy Correspondence manual guidelines.
