In this role, you’ll organize and conduct occupational therapy programs in the hospital and for Home Health patients, helping individuals restore, reinforce, and enhance performance in daily tasks and essential life skills. You’ll play an important role in helping patients adapt, improve function, promote health, and work toward greater independence. Key Responsibilities • Organize and conduct occupational therapy programs for hospital and Home Health patients • Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance • Support patients in learning skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity • Help diminish or correct pathology and promote and maintain health • Make recommendations regarding equipment and staffing requirements Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
