Maintenance Worker

Full Time Maintenance Person wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of Ridgecrest, CA. Maintenance/plumbing/electrical experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license. Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following: • Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community manager. • Work safely and follow company policy and procedures. • Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed. • Grounds keeping and landscaping experience preferred.
