Altus provides test & evaluation, maintenance and repair of facilities, and operation services required to implement the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs under the cognizance of the Aircraft Vulnerability Division for Naval Air Warfare Center-Weapons Division China Lake, CA. The WSL Maintenance Coordinator supports the preventative maintenance, repair, and records tracking for vehicles, machinery, equipment, and facilities at the Weapons Survivability Laboratory (WSL) located on Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, CA.. Primary Responsibilities • Perform preventative maintenance (PM), servicing, and repair of vehicles, equipment, and facilities as per DoD and OEM publications to ensure all assets are maintained in a safe and ready for use (RFU) condition. • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, to include minor repairs, general housekeeping, and PM inspection cycles of all WSL equipment and facilities according to the Maintenance Plan. • Perform general housekeeping of all storage areas assigned, and ensure contractor compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for hazardous material (HAZMAT) storage/use and hazardous waste (HAZWASTE) disposal. • Maintain all maintenance, servicing, and repair records for vehicles, equipment, and facilities assigned to WSL.
