In this role, you’ll help ensure an efficient and effective flow of patients during scheduled clinics through joint planning and problem-solving with clinic, office, contract, and volunteer staff. As an LVN in a team-based, patient-centered Urgent Care setting, you’ll serve insured and uninsured children and/or adults, with special emphasis on caring for individuals who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural, or social factors. You’ll incorporate RRH’s core values of quality, respect, integrity, partnership, and compassion into your work while providing excellent customer service to patients, families, team members, volunteers, students, visitors, and vendors. This position may also be asked to work in other departments as needed.
