Lead Systems & Procedures Analyst

Major Duties: Conducts training for the staff and/or perform on-going training as assigned by the supervisor; Give on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices. Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and make available written instructions and reference materials. Provides technical expertise on internal controls, process improvement, establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators. Creates documentation, write procedures/programs and provide information on system requirements and reporting solutions. Analyzes problems that are new or novel in nature, evaluates alternative approaches, solutions, and responds to diverse needs and viewpoints in arriving at a final solution or recommendation.
