INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

You will estimate, budget, execute, and manage a multi-year, multi-million-dollar Software Configuration Sets (SCS) program(s) while delivering on time, within cost and with the required functionality and capability. You will establish, maintain and publish the CIDD SCS schedule, optimizing the effectiveness of the SCS development activities. You will develop a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) describing the plan for SCS development. You will coordinate early and often with the Solution Manager, sharing ART and Agile constructions to populate the enterprise portfolio roadmap. You will establish and maintain software branching strategy and merge plan for the SCS, communicating this strategy across the enterprise.
