INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC)

You will resolve information technology (IT)/Cybersecurity problems in response to customer reported incidents by diagnosing situations on a case-by-case basis. You will maintain a repository for all organizational or system level cybersecurity related documentation. You will serve as the primary cybersecurity point of contact and ensure that cybersecurity related events/configuration changes that may impact Information Systems and Platform IT (PIT) systems authorization or security posture are formally reported. You will develop information security policies to address risk assessment, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. You will analyze information technology (IT)/Cybersecurity program effectiveness to determine if improvements or modifications are necessary.
