HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

You will receive and process housing applications for permeant party personnel. You will greet visitors, callers or reply to email correspondence to address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs. You will prepare a variety of housing reports for local management and submission to higher authority. You will evaluate information and participate in resolving a variety of minor housing issues. You will follow up on various housing matters to ensure corrective actions are taken.
