Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary Greeter, creating legendary experiences by engaging with every guest as they arrive at the Sports Bar. • Effectively manage the guest seating process, including waitlists, to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of traffic. • Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the entire seating process. • Handle all incoming inquiries and direct guests appropriately within the venue.
