General Field Representative (Electric)

Provide information and support relating to the electric loan programs to a broad range of existing and potential borrowers in assigned area. Promote the Electric Program and other Rural Development (RD) programs in the state and meet agency strategic goals. Represent the Electric Program in meetings with borrowers' officials, boards of directors, interested parties and others on a regular basis to provide and exchange needed information on program policies and procedures. Instruct borrower's officials, staff and consultants on issues relating to the loan application process, including the development of long-range plans, load forecast studies, construction work plans, financial forecasts, etc.
