Food Service Host

Description: Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an enthusiastic Food Service Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you'll be the first point of contact, setting the stage for a legendary dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage with all guests as they arrive, providing an exceptional first impression of the Sports Bar. • Effectively manage the guest waiting list and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service. • Escort guests to their tables in an efficient and timely manner. • Maintain superior guest service standards throughout the entire seating process. • Assist the management team with any other front-of-house duties as needed to support operations. Qualifications: • Minimum age of 16 (or as required by applicable local law). • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment or customer service role is preferred. • Possesses all necessary state, county, or local certifications for food handling and, if applicable, alcohol handling. • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest service. • Embodies a competitive spirit and core values such as Sportsmanship, Hustle, and Fun.
