Family Practitioner

CompHealth is currently seeking a family medicine physician for an opportunity at a rural health clinic in southern California. This hospital-employed role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with high autonomy, seeing an average of 14 to 16 patients per day with many complex cases. Physicians will work with a great group of colleagues and have the option for a traditional practice setting with admitting privileges. Practice Info • Rural health clinic in southern California • Option to work in a traditional practice setting with admitting privileges Responsibilities • Provide patient care for 6 hours each day • See 14 to 16 patients on average per day • Manage complex cases with multiple chronic diseases Compensation • Extremely competitive salary • Salary range of $265K - $295K • $25K sign-on bonus Benefits • Monthly stipend for medical benefits • 4 weeks of vacation • $15K in relocation reimbursement • 3 months of temporary housing • $3,000 and 5 days for CME • NHSC loan repayment • Malpractice coverage Shift & Schedule • Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Qualifications • Current CA license required
