EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER

You will administer the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) EEO program, to include managing the complaints program, disability program, and affirmative employment programs. You will provide advice and guidance, review and evaluate a positive management oriented EEO Program that ensures demonstrated commitment from leadership. You will ensure integration of EEO principles into the agency’s strategic mission. You will provide management and program accountability; proactive prevention of discrimination, efficiency; and responsive and legal compliance to servicing customers. You will conduct barrier analysis, dispute resolution, discrimination complaints processing and develop sound strategies to resolve identified issues. You will develop performance plans, assess and rate staff performance, assign work, provide technical oversight, interview and recommend hiring/promotions, initiate disciplinary actions and identify the training needs of employees.
