In this role, you’ll assess, treat, and monitor critically ill or injured adult and pediatric patients during inter-facility and scene emergency transports. You’ll provide care within the California Paramedic scope of practice, follow established CCT protocols and standing orders, and respond to patients’ needs throughout transport. Key Responsibilities • Respond to patient care and critical care transport calls according to program protocols. • Provide routine, emergency, and critical care in the transport environment in accordance with established CCT policies, protocols, standards of care, standing orders, and medical control. • Perform complete patient assessments and document findings, therapeutic interventions, patient responses, and physicians’ transport orders. • Provide patient care within the California Paramedic scope of practice and CCT standardized procedures. • Perform emergency procedures as required, including CPR and oral endotracheal intubation. • Complete scheduled transport unit equipment checks and ensure equipment remains in working order. • Maintain clean, fully stocked transport vehicles and accurately complete required supply, billing, controlled substance, and data collection documentation. • Participate in CCT Program Quality Improvement activitie
