In this role, you'll step in wherever you're needed, providing clerical assistance and performing the duties of the position to which you're assigned. You'll help departments stay organized, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing needs throughout the hospital. Key Responsibilities• Provide clerical support to various hospital departments as assigned. • Perform the duties and responsibilities of the position being filled during each float assignment. • Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while adapting to changing departmental needs. • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and daily work assignments. • Take initiative in completing assignments and pursuing ongoing professional development. • Follow hospital policies, procedures, and Service Excellence standards. • Maintain awareness of hospital safety, fire prevention, infection control, and emergency preparedness procedures, including participation in required annual reviews. • Follow workplace conduct policies, including those related to harassment and discrimination. • Maintain professional attire and wear the required hospital identification badge. • Report to the Department Manager of the assigned department.
