Responsibilities: • Establish a hospitable setting by warmly welcoming guests in person and over the phone. • Employ the POS system to swiftly and accurately process customer orders. • Keep yourself informed about the menu offerings, range of sauces, current promotions, and be skilled at offering personalized recommendations. • Precisely manage transactions that involve cash, credit cards, and gift vouchers. • Review and ensure the accuracy and visual appeal of orders to confirm they are ready for customer handover. • Ensure that orders are processed and delivered within the quoted time frame. • Wrap up the cash drawer at the end of the shift and report the overall figures. • Keep the front-of-house and customer areas neat and well-maintained. • Emphasize the importance of maintaining food safety and cleanliness to create a hygienic workspace. • Deal with guest questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner, involving management as appropriate. • Preserve the reputation of Wingstop by ensuring a tidy and professional look at all times. Qualifications and Experience: • Prior employment as a cashier or in a restaurant setting is advantageous. • Having a valid Food Handler Certification is a prerequisite or must be pursued. • Understanding of POS software implemented on computers. • Sound cash management skills and a solid foundation in mathematics. • Shows adeptness in conveying thoughts and establishing rapport with others. • Skill in navigating demanding scenarios within a tea
