About This Event
Whether you work directly with Native students and communities or are seeking to deepen your understanding and cultural responsiveness, this two-day training offers valuable insight and practical tools.
Participants will:
- Define and explore meaningful allyship in Native communities
- Examine the impact of oppression in workplace dynamics
- Engage in conversations around racism, microaggressions, bias, privilege, and fragility
- Learn healing strategies and self-care practices
- Leave with practical tools to support Indigenous students and communities
Registration will be fully covered by NASSSP. There is no cost to employees to attend.
